A dedicated support inbox for SpinThatWheel is being provisioned, and the address will be published on this page as soon as it is live. Corrections found through the review process described on the methodology page continue to be applied to every wheel in the meantime.

Reporting a problem with a wheel

To help us reproduce and fix a suspected problem quickly, please include:

• The wheel you were using (for example, "Yes or No Wheel")
• The entries on the wheel — paste the list, or the share link if you copied one
• What happened and what you expected — a segment never landing, a garbled label, a stuck spin
• Your browser, if the problem looks like a display or animation issue

Confirmed issues are corrected in the wheel engine and covered by a new automated test so they cannot recur silently. See our methodology page for how SpinThatWheel picks winners and why the animation cannot influence the result.

What we cannot help with

SpinThatWheel is an entertainment and decision-helper tool. It does not provide financial, legal, or medical advice, is not a substitute for professional judgment, and must not be used for gambling, raffles with monetary stakes, or any decision where the outcome needs to be audited by a third party.
